About the Role
This is not your average desk job. As our
Operations Manager
, you'll be at the heart of our daily logistics engine -- ensuring our vehicles, drivers, and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, every single day.
You'll split your time between
hands-on warehouse work
and
remote operational planning
, giving you variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact on our business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Schedule management:
Create efficient daily route schedules that keep our clients happy and our operations running like clockwork.
Driver management:
Lead and support our team of employed and self-employed drivers, ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and top-notch customer service.
Fleet management
: Assign vehicles, oversee compliance, and make sure every vehicle is fit for purpose and ready to roll.
Warehouse management
: Oversee the upkeep of our warehouse and fridge units, jumping in to load/unload when needed.
Right-hand to the MD
: Step up during holidays to manage customer communications and ensure the business doesn't miss a beat.

Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years in an operations role within logistics
Temperature-controlled is a bonus, not a must
Full UK driving licence
