We're Hiring! - Operations & Project Delivery Manager
Based in our Tonbridge showroom
Full-Time | Mon-Fri
30k-32.5k (DOE) + bonus- Are you organised, proactive & love smooth processes?

.The Role: You'll be at the heart of our kitchen projects - coordinating between showroom, trades, suppliers & clients Your job?
Keep everything running on time & to a high standard.?
What You'll Do:
Manage daily project operations
Schedule timelines & deliveriesLiaise with fitters, suppliers, and clients
Track progress & resolve issuesKeep accurate records
Improve processes where possible?What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operations or project management within interiors, construction, or a similar industry
Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to work well with trades and build strong working relationships
