As an Operations Planner, you'll help keep our installations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring everything stays on track.

Responsibilities

Ensuring programmed work is allocated to with the appropriate installation teams in accordance with the geographical location and skill set of the install team. Programme adherence, ensuring that installations run on schedule. Point of contact for in-house installation teams, sub-contractors and suppliers Providing schedule updates, including supplier lead-times to stakeholders and Project Managers. Reacting to changes that arise on live-build sites Engineering solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient. Assisting the operations department with ad hoc project management tasks as required

Skills Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to focus on high level tasks Proficient in ICT and highly organized Comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels Strong team player with initiative Problem solving skills

The Package

26,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am-4.30pm with 1 day working from home Up to 2,400 in a cross-company bonus scheme 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays Healthcare package Pension scheme Casual dress Frequent team and company socials Holiday purchase scheme Employee of the month awards Access to the Pentagon Training Academy (further education access)
