The Role




We're seeking a Quality Operations Manager to join our EMEA Quality team. This role can be based in our Oradea, Livingston or Kelso facility.


In this key role, you'll be the bridge between process quality and customer satisfaction, working closely with our operations teams in manufacturing, sustaining services, and customer management.


You'll be instrumental in driving our quality targets, minimizing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and boosting operational quality efficiency across multiple Plexus sites. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to the Plexus Quality Management System and our broader organizational goals.

What You'll Do



Lead the Strategy: Help turn our Global Quality Operations Strategy into reality by supporting quality planning for customer demand and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for smooth product launches. Champion Quality Culture: Embody the Plexus Culture of Quality, coaching and mentoring team members to make quality a key differentiator for our customers. Drive Process Excellence: Support the development of standard work and efficiency in key areas like APQP, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA). Solve Complex Problems: Assist teams with data analysis and advanced problem-solving techniques, using statistics and a predictive mindset to identify issues early and take swift action. What We're Looking For:



A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience. A passion for quality and a proven track record in a similar role. The ability to think strategically and act tactically.

This role can be based from our offices in Oradea, Livingston, or Kelso. Please note that travel will be required to support various sites within your assigned area (around 10 - 20%).
