BPUK is a 2.7m, award-winning digital printing brand based in Woodston, Peterborough. For over 17 years, we've helped customers (B2B and B2C) bring their books to life, building a 4.9 Trustpilot rating along the way. Now we're looking for a leader who can manage the brand day-to-day while driving long-term success.

About the position



As BPUK Operations & Sales Manager, you'll lead the department's daily operations - motivating and supporting your team to deliver excellent service, meet targets, and keep things running smoothly. You'll also play a key role in finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You'll be responsible for:



Leading and developing a team of nine (sales, admin, and apprentices), giving them the tools and confidence to hit targets and enjoy their work Driving operational performance - making sure SLAs are met and processes run smoothly and efficiently Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamlining processes, and supporting smarter ways of working Owning the customer journey, ensuring service excellence and resolving issues proactively Taking responsibility for hitting departmental sales targets and supporting the team to maximise results Partnering with the marketing team to maximise lead conversions and improve key sales metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value

The Important Bits



Contract: Permanent Salary: Basic + performance related bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
