Reporting to the Service Director, the Operations & Service Manager will be responsible for reaching the UK Service budget by planning, prioritising and managing technical service activities. To prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively, and that the service obligations to our customers are fully met. Responsible for the SHEQ strategy, supporting the UK Management Team, and embedding a culture of safety, engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Management Team & Department Heads, to ensure operations run to the highest levels of safety, health, environmental and quality standards across the 3 UK sites and in the field.
