Responsibilities

Manage transportation dispatch, coordinating with customs clearance teams, drivers, and warehouses to ensure smooth deliveries Monitor shipment progress, handle exceptions, and optimize transportation plans Perform

data analysis on logistics operations

, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Maintain, analyze, and update logistics databases, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for management Support process optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements Engage in cross-department communication to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
? Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese
? Skills & Competencies:

Strong

data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with logistics KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting methods is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and other office software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure effectively
