Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, overseeing various processes, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Duties



Coordinate the scheduling and execution of test runs across multiple partner clinics, ensuring timely collection and transportation of clinical samples.

Manage logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including preparation of customs clearance documentation and handling communication with courier services (e.g. FedEx).

Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and the smooth flow of operational information.

Maintain and update tracking systems (e.g., Excel logs) to monitor sample receipt, status, and delivery milestones.

Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal training materials to ensure consistent use of company platforms and processes.

Monitor and resolve operational issues as they arise, escalating to senior team members where necessary.

Ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements in the handling of biological samples and associated documentation.

Support the wider operations team in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist the phlebotomists with blood taking

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operational environment. Experience in a medical setting, phlebotomist qualification required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
