We're looking for a motivated individual to support our Mobile Cleaning Teams within Rotherham Council's Facilities Services.
This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for coordinating mobile cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards, efficient service delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily cleaning operations across mobile units, ensuring service specifications are consistently met.
Schedule and manage specialist cleaning tasks, including diary bookings and resource planning.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor standards, compliance, and respond to reactive needs.
Provide cleaning cover and support across various locations when required.
Lead deep cleaning and specialist cleaning activities.
Assist with administrative duties such as payroll, leave and absence reporting, and stock management.
Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external customers.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in cleaning supervision, ideally across multiple sites or mobile teams.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
