Supervisors
to join our Facilities Services team, supporting the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across Rotherham schools.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll lead cleaning teams, maintain standards, and ensure our school environments are clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils and staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising daily cleaning operations across multiple school sites, ensuring service specifications are met.
Conducting regular site visits and audits to monitor standards and respond to reactive needs.
Coordinating cleaning cover to maintain service delivery across locations.
Leading deep cleaning tasks during school holidays.
Supporting administrative duties including payroll, leave and absence reporting, and stock ordering.
Maintaining professional communication with school staff and internal customers.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in cleaning supervision, ideally across multiple sites.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
