We're looking for Operations Support Administrator to provide flexible administrative support across our Education Operations teams during peak periods. You'll rotate between teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and supporting operational resilience.




About the role





You'll take ownership of delivering agreed operational processes, champion excellent customer service, and thrive in an environment where priorities can change quickly. Collaboration is key--you'll work closely with colleagues across Cambridge International and other parts of the organisation, sharing knowledge and building strong working relationships to achieve common goals. This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact on our ability to deliver world-class assessments.



Key Responsibilities:


Complete varied operational processes accurately and on time. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Share best practice to identify and implement process improvements.




This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.




About You




Proactive, adaptable, who thrives in a changing environment and learns new tasks quickly. Experienced in administrative work, ideally in a busy setting. Strong prioritisation, attention to detail and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build strong working relationships. Comfortable with regular changes in working practices.

Experience using SAP systems or Cambridge exam platforms. Familiarity with PowerBI or other data analysis tools. Previous experience in an education or assessment environment.
