Operations Co-Ordinator



First Response Training is one of the UK's leading and largest dedicated training providers, successfully delivering over 600 days of training each month, from First Aid to Oliver McGowan Learning Disabilities and Autism training.

We currently have an exciting vacancy at our Head Office in Pershore, to join our team as an Operations Support Administrator, working across our Oliver McGowan Operations department and general Operations department, ensuring a seamless collaboration between the two.

The successful candidate will consistently deliver exceptional operational support with a blended approach, ensuring the smooth running of training programmes, supporting neurodivergent trainers with a person-centred approach, managing administrative tasks for both departments with accuracy and completion in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:



Act as a key point of contact for neurodivergent trainers Provide person-centred support to neurodivegent trainers including welfare check-ins, trouble shooting logistical problems and guidance Assist with session preparation Co-ordinate travel, accessibility arrangements and individual adjustments Supporting Operations Co-Ordinator with pre and post-courses administration Data entry across multiple platforms Managing scheduling, logistics and information flow Provide responsive real-time support to delivery teams, adapting to emerging needs Maintain accurate records, reports and administration systems to ensure quality assurance and compliance Liaising between departments Reporting to line manager daily on trainer activity

We are looking for:



Someone who is highly motivated and exceptionally well organised. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable talking on the phone and build a rapport well, with a concern for excellence.

You can expect full training on the business and services, dedicated support from your line manager and the wider team, autonomy to improve already established processes and an opportunity to develop your career within a company that has a real focus on people development. While experience of working with people with autism and learning disabilities would be beneficial, it is not essential, and full training will be given.
