Our client is a dynamic and holistic courier company serving the UK and EU, offering a full suite of services from express delivery and secure self-storage to efficient warehousing. With a growing reputation as the UK's chosen courier, we're looking for someone just as ambitious to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting the business across all operational fronts:

Customer Service & Admin

: Handling inbound calls, providing quotes, booking jobs, and assisting customers with their enquiries.

Operational Support

: Helping out in the warehouse with pallet handling and storage coordination.

Driving

: Occasional delivery or collection driving duties as required.

Marketing Support

: Assisting with business promotion -- including delivering flyers to prospective clients and helping boost local presence.

Director Assistance

: Providing day-to-day support to the two company directors with operational tasks and general admin.
Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone:

Energetic, reliable, and keen to get stuck in across multiple areas of the business Well-organised and able to juggle tasks effectively Comfortable dealing with customers both on the phone and in person Physically capable of supporting in the warehouse when needed Interested in learning and growing with a forward-thinking company
Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years old

(due to vehicle insurance restrictions) Full UK driving licence (manual) Good communication skills, friendly manner, and a proactive attitude Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential
