Are you an experienced Claims Team Leader with a passion for developing and supporting colleagues? It\'s a really exciting time to join us as we continue our Claims journey!

We have a number of brand new opportunities to join us as a leader in our growing and dynamic claims department. You\'ll be expected to drive change within your team and make use of a unique coaching style to lead and inspire a group of 10 to 12 colleagues to be their best.

The quality of every interaction you and your team have with customers is paramount. You will instil a service culture that enables and empowers your team to go above and beyond every time

We\'re passionate about providing a real work-life balance and therefore open to flexible working options. You can either be based at one of our friendly offices in Leicester or Bexhill combined with partial working from home.

The role will initially be based from the office whilst you complete full training followed by a split home/office setup. Therefore you should be comfortable with working from home but also being able to work in the office when the situation arises.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes, as agreed with your line manager
  • To embed a coaching and performance management culture within your team
  • creating the time, space and confidence for your team to go above and beyond for customers
  • To ensure that your team members are all connected with our 4C goals, understanding how the work that they do each day contributes to the bigger picture
  • Reduction of inbound contact by delivering a high touch case handling approach
  • Celebrating success and create a winning environment with your team. Reward and recognise colleagues for the great work they do!
  • Ultimately, you are accountable for minimising the effort our customers need to use when making a claim
What are we looking for?
  • Leadership experience in Claims/Insurance
  • Track record of building high levels of engagement to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Experience of delivering world beating customer service
  • Knowledge of motor claims repair and total loss processes
