We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to deal with the day to day running of a building and property maintenance firm. The candidate must have proven experience working in the building sector and be computer literate.
Duties:
- Organising and scheduling work loads
- Oversee daily office operations,
- Liase with existing customers and new
- Communicate with new leads daily
- Pricing jobs & preparing new quotes
- Dealing with the local Council & Building Control
- Good telephone manner
- Updating Social Media
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge of building trade essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organising & scheduling workforce
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to contact prospective clients arrange appointments
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Experience in scheduling work involving construction and Property Maintenance
- Full time position
