What we're looking for:

Proven customer service skills - previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential A professional, approachable manner and excellent communication skills Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Proficient in spoken and written English language Willingness to train and achieve necessary qualifications A proactive approach to ensuring safety and security
