Duties
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.
Support laboratory operations by liaising with staff to ensure compliance with protocols and procedures.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Provide assistance in inventory management, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Laboratory experience is advantageous for understanding operational needs.
Knowledge of anatomy is a plus, contributing to effective communication within the team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
