We are currently looking for a R2R Functional Lead to join us on an exciting new opportunity within the Finance Systems team at GXO on a full time, permanent basis.

The role of R2R Functional Lead will provide functional expertise on Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically for the R2R domain. This includes the delivery of a multi-year finance transformation programme, including the integration between the systems and the related reporting, analytics and ongoing optimisations.

In this role, you\'ll act as a core part of the Finance Systems team liaising between business SMEs, technology SMEs and 3rd parties to identify, scope and deliver all projects and initiatives related to Finance Systems at GXO. Projects can range from SaaS application releases to large, complex system implementations/transformations and BAU enhancements.

We\'re looking to offer a salary of \xc2\xa390,000 - \xc2\xa3110,000 per annum, plus a car allowance. What you\'ll do on a typical day:

• Own and lead the R2R related functional elements of the overall solution, acting as the single point of contact for the R2R workstream and leading the solutioning of Oracle ERP Cloud
• Own the R2R solution design and configuration and ensure knowledge is acquired from the implementation partner consultants during the programme
• Act as GXO\'s thought leader on Oracle ERP Cloud solutioning in the R2R domain, challenging the implementation partner where required so that GXO has a best-in-class solution
• Act as the single point of contact and co-ordinate application troubleshooting with end users and other internal teams / 3rd parties, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLAs

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong experience in the deployment and support of Oracle ERP Cloud R2R modules with multiple full lifecycle programmes and ongoing support
• Experience of configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically R2R modules, as well as OTBI or other reporting tools
• Exposure to working in a SOX compliant environment, as well as managing a demand pipeline of projects and BAU enhancements
• The ability to build good relationships with end users and senior stakeholders
