About the Role
The Orange Logic Lead will be a key member of ICP's Technology and Innovation Services (TIS) team, responsible for leading all Orange Logic implementations from initial RFP response through to solution design, delivery and ongoing support. This role requires deep Orange Logic expertise, strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients. The Orange Logic Lead will ensure that Orange Logic solutions are aligned with business objectives, technically sound and delivered on time and within budget, fully leveraging the capabilities of Orange Logic.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Leadership
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Orange Logic within ICP.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Orange Logic features, functionalities, and best practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of Orange Logic's capabilities and how they can be applied to solve client digital asset management challenges.
Pre-Sales and Solution Design
Lead the functional and technical aspects of Orange Logic-related RFP responses, working closely with sales and solutions teams.
Conduct client consultations to understand their digital asset management needs and translate them into detailed Orange Logic solution designs.
Design Orange Logic integrations with other systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms, Creative tools).
Develop and document Orange Logic solutions, including asset taxonomies, metadata schemas, user permissions, and workflows.
Implementation and Delivery
Lead Orange Logic implementations, coordinating with project leads, managing project timelines, resources and budgets.
Configure and customize Orange Logic to meet specific client requirements, including user roles, security settings, and branding.
Develop and execute asset migration strategies for Orange Logic implementations.
Develop Orange Logic workflows for asset ingestion, approval, distribution, and archival.
Provide training and support to clients on Orange Logic usage.
Ensure the quality and stability of Orange Logic solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Ongoing Support and Optimization
Provide ongoing support for Orange Logic implementations, resolving technical issues and addressing user inquiries.
Monitor Orange Logic performance and identify opportunities for optimization, including asset processing, search performance, and storage utilization.
Implement client Orange Logic upgrades and patches.
Develop and maintain Orange Logic documentation.
Strategic Alignment and Governance
Align Orange Logic solutions with ICP's overall technology strategy and business objectives.
Establish and maintain Orange Logic governance standards and best practices, including metadata standards, naming conventions, and security protocols.
Work with IT leadership to ensure the security and compliance of Orange Logic implementations.
People Leadership & Team Development
Potentially lead a small team of Orange Logic specialists, depending on the size and scope of Orange Logic engagements.
Mentor and train other ICP team members on Orange Logic concepts and best practices.
Financial Accountability
Manage the budget for Orange Logic implementations.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Orange Logic implementations.
Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Consulting, MCS, Solutions Group, Client Partner Group) to ensure the success of Orange Logic implementations.
Work closely with Orange Logic vendor representatives to stay informed about product updates and best practices for Orange Logic.
What You'll Have:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Marketing).
5+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management and/or digital asset management solutions.
3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Orange Logic.
Experience leading Orange Logic implementations from initial RFP response through to go-live and ongoing support.
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of Orange Logic's features, functionalities, and architecture.
Experience configuring and customizing Orange Logic to meet specific business requirements.
Experience with Orange Logic integrations with other systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms, Creative tools).
Strong understanding of content management and digital asset management principles, including metadata, taxonomy, workflow, and user permissions.
Knowledge of data migration strategies for Orange Logic implementations.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Industry Knowledge
Exposure to Content Operations, Creative Operations, Marketing Operations and Commerce Operations in enterprise environments a plus.
Familiarity with other DAM, Work Management, PIM, PXM, Digital Commerce, Content Automation and related AI/ML solutions advantageous.
