We're a rapidly growing jewellery brand that launched in 2020 and has experienced strong month-over-month growth. We're now looking for a reliable and motivated

Order Fulfilment Assistant

to join our small team and take ownership of day-to-day order operations.

This role is

fulfilment-first

, meaning your main focus will be getting customer orders out the door quickly, accurately, and beautifully packaged every day -- but you'll also gain valuable experience across the e-commerce ecosystem.

Your Main Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders daily

with 100% accuracy, ensuring packaging meets brand standards.

Perform quality control checks

(pre-dispatch) to ensure jewellery is perfect before it goes out.

Steam, clean, and prepare pieces

as needed before packing.

Organise and maintain the fulfilment area

, keeping supplies stocked and workspace tidy.

Support regular stock counts

, deliveries, and stock transfers.

Handle courier issues

, including claiming for lost parcels and tracking deliveries.

Assist with basic customer service

, replying to order-related queries when needed.

Secondary Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Support with launching new products

- uploading photos, writing product descriptions, and updating listings in Shopify.

Help create and update website content

, homepage edits, waitlists, categories, etc.

Contribute to marketing activities

, including ad creation and performance reviews.

Keep an eye on competitor activity

and report useful insights.

Strong written English Experience dealing with couriers or customer service
Pay: 13.14-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
