The Opportunity:

Our Order Fulfilment Team is responsible for managing customer orders from job creation to delivery. Each Administrator internally and externally purchases their customer's order and tracks it to its final destination, which calls for proactivity and self organisation skills. The ideal candidate will have a real flair for spotting problems and resolving them before they occur. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as supplier relations and interdepartmental communication will be a day-to-day occurrence, as every aspect of the order will be under their control.

Responsibilities of an Order Fulfilment Coordinator include:

Checking customer purchase orders and proof of payments to make sure all information is correct and matches our system. Ordering parts for jobs from our suppliers either via PO, credit card, or requesting Proformas. Liaising and keeping in constant communication with other departments to ensure correct documentation/process is obtained when shipping either from suppliers, intra warehouse or to the customer. Chasing suppliers to ensure any delays are avoided, and if delays are unavoidable, sending updates to the customer. Send tracking and proof of delivery to the customer.

Requirements of an Order Fulfilment Coordinator:

Excellent organisational and computer skills i.e. email, spreadsheets, Word processing. You must have a proactive approach to work and be a problem solver. Be able to adapt to change and be flexible in your approach to work. Be able to work together with all departments and build relationships accordingly, to ensure our customer's orders are fulfilled. Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Fluency in an additional European language is preferred but not essential.
