Order Fulfilment Processor

to join our busy operations team in Hull.

, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to thrive under pressure without compromising accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing high volumes of customer orders using our in-house systems Working closely with the warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Responding to changes in orders, vessel ETAs, and stock availability Updating internal systems with picking notes, delivery instructions, and product substitutions Supporting operational reporting, documentation, and customer updates as required

What We're Looking For

Blazing-fast typing and system navigation skills

- this is essential Confidence working with digital systems, including order processing software and Excel High attention to detail, even under pressure Comfortable working at pace in a deadline-driven environment Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills Previous experience in a fulfilment, logistics, or shipping-related admin role is ideal but not essential

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday daytime hours (with flexibility around vessel ETAs)

1 in 3 Saturdays (daytime only)

33 days holiday

(including Bank Holidays) -

Bank Holidays are standard working days
