Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching online & offline orders.
If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes -- and get a quiet satisfaction from orders leaving the building perfectly packed -- this role might fit you well.
Requirements
Previous experience in warehousing, fulfilment or similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Good written communication skills for handling customer messages Physically able to move and organise stock in warehouse shelving
Responsibilities
Packing customer orders quickly, accurately and with a high level of care. Securing packed orders before handover to our third party delivery partners. Ensuring your workstation is clean and tidy at all times and that any potential hazards are dealt with safely and efficiently. Helping with ad-hoc tasks when the need arises.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Comfortable communicating in English Great listening and communication skills Punctual with time management, with the ability to be flexible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,420.00-27,000.00 per year
