The Role:
As an Order Picker & Delivery Driver, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately picking and packing fresh produce orders.
Loading and unloading vans safely and efficiently.
Delivering goods to customers across [insert area/region] in a timely manner.
Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed correctly.
Maintaining cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle.
Following food safety and hygiene standards.
About You:
Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or delivery role is desirable but not essential - full training provided.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting boxes of produce).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
