We are recruiting for an order processor/ Customer services admin to join our team at Glasscraft. This role will be based at our Leeds depot and the hours of work will be 08:00am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dealing with inbound & Outbound customer calls.
Processing customers orders
Dealing with after sales queries
Quotation Inputting
Assisting with incoming emails
General Admin responsibilities such as organising future orders and filing etc.
Experience & Skills needed:
Previous order entry experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ambition to succeed and ability to multitask
Previous experience of G-Trak system or similar desirable but not essential.
