Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our dental practitioners. Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide chairside support to ensure patient comfort and safety throughout treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the management of patient appointments. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, oral hygiene instructions, and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring that the practice is well-stocked at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with dental practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software. A genuine passion for patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous but not essential; we welcome applications from newly qualified nurses as well.
