Your Role:

As our

Treatment Coordinator

, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing patients, helping them navigate their orthodontic journey. You will:

Coordinate patient consultations and treatment plans Provide clear communication around NHS and private options Support patients with appointments, financing, and general queries Collaborate closely with clinicians and administrative staff
We're Looking For:

Previous experience in dentistry or orthodontics (preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Organised and detail-oriented mindset Passion for patient care and team collaboration
