We operate manufacturing facilities in Leeds and Birmingham and employ over 100 staff, including more than 70 technicians, 20 clinical professionals, and 10 administrative team members.

We're currently recruiting for:

Experienced Orthotic Technicians

Departments:

Footwear, Insoles, Pattern & Design, Plastics

We're looking for skilled technicians with:

Proven experience in orthotic manufacturing Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards Confidence working with fabrication tools The ability to meet production targets and deadlines A collaborative approach as well as the ability to work independently

Trainee Technicians

No experience? No problem--we provide full training.

Ideal candidates will have:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good teamworking and communication skills Reliability and punctuality A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
