Job Role

: Out of School Club assistant.

Hours

: 07:30-08:45 and 14:30-18:00 Mon-Fri during term time only.

Salary

: Above minimum/living wage, negotiable dependent upon qualifications and experience.

We wish to recruit an energetic fun-loving person to join our expanding Out of School Club team. We are a thriving club, and many of our children joined our nursery when they were babies, and we are lucky to be able to play a continued part as their extended family. We run the before and after school club for Brinkworth schools as well as school holiday periods and teacher development days.

You'll be joining our team as we expand the club provision at the Brinkworth School site, working in our club from 07:30am - 08:45am and 2:30pm - 6pm Monday to Friday during term-times.

You will assist the club leader in preparing fun activities, games inside and out, cookery sessions and occasional trips out and about. You shall support play and offer guidance within a warm caring environment. The children enjoy breakfast and afternoon snacks, and you will be expected to serve and clear away. You will also drive our club's people carrier to collect children from the school's two sites. Relevant childcare qualifications are not essential as training will be provided.

Due to the rural location of the school, and driving requirement a full uk driving licence is required and your own vehicle (to and from work, not for use with children) would be an advantage.
