Create a safe, happy, and inspiring environment every morning and afternoon Support, nurture, and guide a small team to deliver exceptional care Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff Bring fresh ideas, fun activities, and positive vibes daily.
Based within

Darras Hall Primary School, Ponteland

Hours:

15-20 hours/week (approx. 7:30am-9:00am / 3:00pm-5.45pm, term time only)

A flexible mix of morning and/or afternoon shifts - ideal for working around busy lives and caring responsibilities.
Salary from

12.75 per hour based on qualifications + age

What we're looking for:

Minimum

Level 3 qualification

in a relevant childcare field, but if you've significant experience and a passion for working with children, we'd still love to hear from you!
At least

2 years' experience

working with children
Someone reliable, enthusiastic and child-focused
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Happy Days Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS (cost covered) and meet all safer recruitment checks.
