The Role
We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our outbound customer contact team. This role is strictly outbound only and does not involve inbound call handling. You will be responsible for proactively contacting customers to follow up enquiries, re-engage past customers, confirm details and support sales and booking activity.
This is a target-driven role, suited to someone who enjoys proactive customer contact, building rapport quickly, working in a fast-paced commercial environment and smashing targets!
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to customers regarding enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
Re-engaging previous customers and supporting repeat bookings.
Confidently promoting our driving experiences and services.
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
Following call plans and campaigns to meet individual and team targets.
Working closely with colleagues across sales and customer services to maximise conversion.
Who You Are
Confident, articulate and most importantly, comfortable making outbound calls.
Persuasive and personable with the ability to build & maintain rapport quickly.
Motivated by targets and performance goals.
Organised and accurate when recording customer information.
Previous outbound call centre, sales or telesales experience.
Resilient, proactive, self-motivated.
