Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers Promote products or services and generate qualified leads or sales Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets Provide an excellent customer experience with every call Work collaboratively with your team to meet overall targets
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and resilient approach to challenges Strong listening and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Basic computer literacy
