Customer Service Agent - Salesforce

We are working with a very busy and growing FMCG beverage company who are looking to bring an experienced Customer Service Agent to the business.
The role will be two-fold, supporting the sales team of 4 making sure they are updating the SalesForce system in terms of all that's needed to keep record straight. The second of which is outbound calls to their customers making sure they are happy, have what they need and provide first class customer service (all info again to be updated on the SalesForce CRM)
The role will be hybrid twice a week with 3 days in a Chester based office and although working initially with a small team growth is key in 2025
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED:
Previous and recent experience in an in-house telephone-based customer service role making "outbound calls"
Have first class communication skills (written and verbal)
Worked with the Salesforce CRM of a similar CRM
Attention to detail
Solid IT skills in MS Office and Salesforce
Commutable to Chester town centre and eligible to work in the UK
