Contract:

Full time, permanent positions

Salary: 12.21 per hour

plus a rewarding commission structure - OTE 35,000+

Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm.



This is an office based role in Sunderland City Centre, next to transport links.

What we're looking for:



Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role (travel experience a plus!) A confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Driven, target-focused, and motivated Friendly, enthusiastic, and great at building rapport Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Role overview:



As an Outbound Sales Advisor on Love Holidays, you'll play a key role in driving sales by reaching out to warm leads, assisting customers with booking their holidays, and offering tailored advice on travel extras such as add-ons, transfers, insurance, and upgrades. You'll also handle general customer enquiries, ensuring every interaction is friendly, helpful, and solution focused.

What You'll Be Doing:



Proactively contact potential and existing customers to discuss holiday options Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's travel experience Respond to general enquiries, offering support with add-ons, changes, transfers, etc. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey Handle objections and customer concerns effectively. Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs.
