We are seeking a professional, self-motivated Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative to support our growing business development efforts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in outbound communication who is confident engaging with customers by phone, email, and digital platforms. You will play an important role in re-engaging existing clients, generating new leads, and managing follow-up activities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Relationship Management Re-engage customers via phone and email to understand their current needs, share new product information, and offer site visit samples when appropriate.
Lead Generation & Qualification Proactively identify and contact new outbound leads.
Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system. Rebuild and organize customer data, track lead progress, and ensure all follow-up activities are scheduled and completed.
Outbound Campaign Execution Support targeted outreach efforts, including prospecting, live chat engagement
Key Account Targeting Conduct research to identify potential opportunities. Initiate contact through professional channels, arrange calls, and schedule meetings as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
oMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Capsule or similar)
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable handling rejection
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet activity targets
