to join our growing marketing team, and to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is a hands-on role focused on setting up, executing, and monitoring the outbound element of marketing and B2B campaign activity [email, InMail, social media engagement].
Working closely with the Marketing & Content Specialist under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this role is designed to evolve and enable career progression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound communications - Write engaging copy for outbound comms based on campaign plans and messaging provided.
- Build, schedule, send, and monitor emails campaigns.
- Export campaign data and assist in completing weekly marketing reports.
- Share campaign updates, results, and leads with the Sales team to support follow-up activity.
CRM and data management
- Build targeted marketing lists, using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Upload and maintain lead and customer data ensuring data is relevant, accurate, and complete.
Social media engagement - Join in relevant conversations as 848 Group on social media (LinkedIn/X/Instagram).
- Support paid/organic tasks (asset prep, scheduling, basic optimisations).
Marketing administration
- Help with updating and maintaining campaign schedules, shared folders, and marketing trackers.
- Contribute to regular team updates and assist with the coordination of marketing activity.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1-2 years' experience in digital or outbound marketing, or a Level 4+ qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Organised, reliable, and confident managing multiple campaigns.
Comfortable collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or managed services.
Familiarity with campaign metrics, dashboards (Excel/Power BI), and UTM tracking.
Awareness of SEO or paid social concepts.
