Basic Salary:

25,837 per annum, paid monthly in arrears

Commission:

Earn up to 1,400 per month!

Location:

Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LZ (on-site working only)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30

Contract Duration:

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Training:

2 weeks (fully paid)

As an Outbound Sales Consultant at Foundever, you'll empower small businesses to grow by converting warm leads into paying customers by coaching and advising them on best-in-class online marketing practices. You will work in an environment that feels like a start-up but has the stability of a global organisation. We're seeking energetic, driven, and passionate individuals to join our team, working on behalf of one of our global marketing clients.



Our Client is an innovative marketing platform that offers a powerful suite of digital marketing tools designed to simplify online marketing for small businesses and non-profits worldwide. You'll work closely with them to drive success and help achieve sales targets.

About You

It's important that you are a highly-driven individual with a 'go-getter' attitude and an ability to bounce back quickly from potential setbacks or challenges. You'll thrive working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while being able to stay organized and balance multiple priorities. Crucially, you'll have a natural hunger to immerse yourself with our Client's service to become an ambassador for what they do.



It is essential that you have passion for helping small businesses succeed alongside a naturally curious and coachable mindset. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to persuade others. Prior experience in a sales/marketing role is required.

Make a high volume of outbound calls converting warm leads into paying customers in a contact centre environment Inspire small business owners all over the country to grow their business with our client's ever-growing suite of email marketing solutions Conduct needs analysis to determine how to help best prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges Close business with new customers on a daily basis

Your Profile and Experience

Go-Getter:

1-2 years' experience working in a sales/marketing role with a demonstrated background of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Ambassador:

Strong passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed

Effective Communicator:

Impeccable oral and written skills with the ability to be persuasive, adapting your style as necessary

Naturally Curious:

Foundational understanding of general business concepts, especially around sales and marketing, with a hunger to learn and grow

Tech-Savvy:

Ability to quickly master new software and/or technologies

Time Management:

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Motivated:

Self-motivated, articulate and enthusiastic
