Elective Services is an NHS insourcing company that provides specialised onsite hospital services nationwide. Our offices are based in London and Milton Keynes. We are renowned for providing high quality expertise and services.

We are looking for a full-time Outbound Sales Consultant to join our company, that wants to earn great levels of commission.

This role is ideal for a home worker. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

Cold calling potential decision makers within Hospitals and NHS Trusts to gain an understanding of their challenges, identify sales opportunities and explain how our services can help them, answering questions on our services as required. Booking meetings for Business Developers/Project Managers to meet with the customer and plan the implementation. Entering and updating customer information in the database, keeping records of calls and sales, and noting useful information. Going the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales. Supporting the Project Managers to connect and communicate with medical professionals, request CVs, check availability and fulfil the staffing of projects.
Requirements for this role:

Minimum of 3 years of outbound cold calling experience, ideally within a B2B environment Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Highly motivated Excellent knowledge of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive and proactive attitude with a "can and will do" mindset Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
