We are looking for a

B2B Outbound Sales Executive

to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on

phone-based outbound sales

, follow-ups, and converting business conversations into orders.

This is

not

an account management or inbound sales role.
Success in this role comes from

making calls, following up, and closing sales

.

We are a Swansea-based, family-run manufacturing business with over 35 years' experience supplying

printed glassware, clothing, and promotional merchandise

to businesses across the UK.

We supply

multiple business sectors

, including hospitality, breweries, tourism, manufacturing, clubs, and general B2B customers -- meaning consistent sales opportunities for motivated salespeople.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound sales calls to potential business customers Follow up quotes, warm leads, and previous enquiries Re-engage existing and lapsed customers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Build long-term B2B customer relationships Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

Can work independently and manage follow-ups

Previous sales or telesales experience is beneficial but not essential.
