Access Business Finance, a thriving commercial finance brokerage based in Bedford, is seeking talented professionals to join our rapidly expanding team. Since our start in 2022 not only have we seen continued growth, but we've also provided tailored financial products to a diverse range of clients, from celebrities to large-scale businesses.

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales Executive with a passion for business development and customer success. You'll be someone who thrives on hitting targets, building genuine client relationships over the phone, and turning leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Sales Team and Directors through proactive outbound activity, targeting new business opportunities via phone and email outreach. Take ownership of generating, nurturing, and converting both cold and warm leads to expand the company's customer base. Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches that effectively communicate the organisation's value proposition. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients, providing updates on industry developments to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility. Proactively monitor market trends and emerging opportunities across relevant sectors, providing insights to the Marketing team to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve. Utilise CRM systems to manage leads, record interactions, and produce accurate progress reports, while maintaining data integrity through regular updates and cleansing. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets for qualified leads and booked appointments.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Outbound Sales Executive

to join our Commercial Finance Sales Team. This position offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for individuals who require greater flexibility than traditional full-time roles allow. It's equally well-suited for those looking to begin or advance their career in sales, with full-time opportunities available.

The key to success in this role is strong communication, both verbal and written and a proactive, positive attitude. While previous experience in a phone-based sales environment is advantageous, it is not essential. We value drive, professionalism, and enthusiasm above all else.

Comprehensive training will be provided, along with ongoing support from our experienced management team to help you reach your full potential.
