As an Outbound Sales Executive you are pivotal to the success of this business who are a leading telemarketing service based in Birmingham City Centre. With more than two decades in the industry, they have experienced unrivalled success and have many retained clients across the UK and Europe. Your main responsibility is to nurture and build relationships, expertly navigating objections in order to generate leads and book appointments.
Key Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Executive:
Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, promoting our clients products and services
Qualify leads to understand business needs, challenges, and their decision-making processes.
Schedule meetings for our clients' sales teams to attend and close the sale.
Ensure all data and information taken from calls is accurately recorded in our CRM system
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales development preferably from an outbound perspective
Strong communication skills.
Can articulate clearly and keep a prospective client engaged
Good IT skills
Self motivated, organised and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits
Following a temporary contract, there is a possibility that the role will become permanent. Here you can expect a competitive salary of up to 26,000 plus a performance based commission structure. Whilst working in a friendly and laidback environment, you will also be supported by regular and ongoing training and development and will have opportunities to advance your career within the business.
