Role Overview

As a

Junior Outbound Sales Representative

, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing products or services, and generating new business leads. This is an exciting entry-level role for individuals who are confident, goal-oriented, and keen to build a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients on behalf of our partner brands Present and promote products/services to generate interest and close sales Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions Record accurate details of conversations and outcomes in our CRM system Meet daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance Represent the company and clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with new people Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not essential Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the UK
