Part-Time Outbound Commercial & Retail Sales Executive

are seeking a driven, personable and self-motivated individual to join our commercial and retail team in a part-time role focused on outbound sales, relationship building and retail support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with energy and passion for football and local business who wants to be part of a growing club that is making great strides on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales (Matchdays & Club Shop):

Serve customers in the club shop, fulfil online orders and merchandise sales Assist with restocking, stocktakes, and retail promotions Provide excellent service to fans and visitors

Outbound Commercial Sales:

Proactively contact local and national businesses to promote Raith Rovers commercial opportunities - sponsorships, hospitality, matchday experiences, advertising and events Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM and have a drive for lead generation Support wider commercial team initiatives and campaigns

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner Sales-minded with the ability to build relationships and close deals Experience in a sales, telesales, retail, or customer-facing role is ideal Comfortable working flexible hours including Saturdays (matchdays) Passion for football and local community engagement is a bonus
