We are looking to grow our office-based team based on the outskirts of Leeds. A great opportunity for an experienced sales operative to join our existing team with a competitive salary plus commission structure.
The successful candidate will be working inbound and outbound qualified leads, speaking to customers and book high quality sales appointments for our national team of Independent Boiler Surveyors. We have a purpose built, online based system that is used to gather basic details in order for a survey to be booked.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have asked for a call.
Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
Communicate clearly and persuasively to convey the benefits of our offerings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and market trends to address customer inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Proficiency in a CRM software is advantageous.
Strong verbal communication.
A proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
