We are looking for a group of highly motivated salespeople to join our energetic, successful sales team. Dialling to
outbound leads
on behalf of our Client and offer them a discount to join our client's brand with no lock in contract.
An effective telesales representative must be an
excellent communicator
and have
superior people skills
. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts and driving customer retention.
Responsibilities
Contact potential customers (warm leads) to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Engage potential customers in conversations to build rapport, understand their needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual customers.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Weekends can be optional but never mandatory.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a sales representative, direct/B2C, B2B sales role.
Ability to sell in a 'consultative manner'.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Being a self-motivator whilst working from home.
Stable internet connection with your own Laptop/Desktop and USB Headset and WhatsApp.
We pay
15.00 hourly plus uncapped commission (Fantastic commission structure)
