We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Outdoor Learning Assistant
to support the delivery of high-quality outdoor education experiences for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of engaging outdoor learning sessions in line with the curriculum
Assist pupils in developing confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through outdoor activities
Ensure the outdoor learning environment is safe, inclusive, and stimulating
Promote a love of nature and respect for the environment
Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning into daily classroom activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A genuine interest in working with children in an outdoor setting
Experience supporting children or young people in an educational or outdoor environment
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A relevant qualification or training in outdoor education (desirable but not essential)
