Job Introduction

An opportunity has arisen for an Outreach Manager to Lead the delivery of BPP's Outreach Strategy in your region by planning and delivering high-impact events that engage prospective students. and other audiences such as schools, colleges and parents. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage campus ambassadors, and support both existing and new national outreach initiatives.

You will be responsible for:



Develop and manage a regional outreach events calendar. Deliver in-person and online events, including logistics and coordination. Represent BPP at careers fairs and external engagements. Manage and support Campus Ambassadors. Build relationships with faculty, student societies, and external partners. Promote events through internal and external channels. Evaluate event success and report on outcomes.

What we're looking for




To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

Proven experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills. Commercially aware and results-driven. Confident presenting to varied audiences. Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience working with student audiences or in higher education (desirable). Knowledge of health & safety and risk management in events (desirable).

Travel: Regular regional travel and occasional UK-wide travel
