Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Outreach & Property Acquisition Executive to grow our seller network.

Your role is to connect with homeowners, explain the benefits of selling via auction, and guide them through the onboarding process. Once the property is qualified, you'll hand it over to us to manage the auction listing.

Key Responsibilities

Source property sellers through various platforms (online ads, social media, direct outreach, networking). Engage with sellers to explain the auction process and its benefits. Verify property details by collecting Proof of ID and Title Registry documents. Arrange and conduct property visits, including walkthrough videos for marketing purposes. Guide sellers through the onboarding process, including preparing documents for auction listing. Maintain ongoing communication with sellers to provide updates and build trust.
What We Offer

Commission-based earnings: 500 commission per seller deal completed. Increases to 750 per deal if you secure 3+ deals in a month. Flexible, remote working. Training on property auctions, outreach, and sales scripts. Clear career progression -- potential to grow into a Business Development Managerrole as we expand.
