We are looking for positive, energetic people who are passionate about making a positive impact with others through their work. We support individuals who have suffered life changing injuries to regain their skills, confidence and independence to maximise their quality of life and independence.

Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers, work alongside an individual's neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience, as we provide full training. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in our own homes, community and workplaces it is essential to be a driver and car owner. The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. (There is the opportunity to do some work in our residential rehab service alongside the role where people enjoy variety or breadth in experience)

Bank/occasional, part time and full time contracts are available.
