Job Overview:



This is a dynamic and varied role supporting the Company Director across both administrative and digital functions. The PA & Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Assistant will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing the Director's diary and emails, and driving the company's online visibility through marketing and e-commerce activity.

The role suits someone highly organised, creative, and confident with digital tools who can balance PA duties with hands-on marketing, sales, and online store management.

Key Responsibilities:Personal Assistant & Administrative Support



Manage the Director's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements. Organise and prioritise incoming emails and communications; draft replies and follow up on behalf of the Director. Support with document preparation, filing, and maintaining accurate company records. Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and client correspondence. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide administrative support for meetings -- agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

Marketing & Digital Communications



Support the creation and scheduling of marketing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter preparation. Update and maintain website content, case studies, and project portfolios. Contribute ideas for brand development and marketing campaigns. Track engagement metrics and compile simple performance reports. Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential collaboration or PR opportunities.

E-Commerce & Online Sales



Manage listings and product descriptions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.). Upload and maintain product photos, pricing, and inventory. Respond to customer enquiries and process online orders efficiently. Support the company's

recycling and resale initiatives

by coordinating item listings, photography, and delivery logistics. Monitor sales trends and assist in identifying new product or marketing opportunities.

Skills & Experience:



Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in

PA, admin, or office support

roles. Familiarity with

digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce platforms

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident using digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, or Mailchimp). Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Confident written communication style and professional telephone manner. Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of projects. Knowledge or interest in

sustainability, recycling, or hospitality sectors

is advantageous.

Additional Information:



Hours: Typically Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible). Hybrid / remote options available. Occasional travel to project sites or showrooms may be required. Reporting directly to the Company Director with scope to grow into a more senior digital marketing or operations role over time.

Pay: From 20,469.11 per year
